We're a small booking desk, not a fleet. Here's exactly what that means for you.
Every partner we use holds a commercial passenger transport licence and the insurance that comes with it. We don't use rideshare or "friend with a car" arrangements.
Partners are chosen on punctuality records, vehicle condition and how they handle a delayed flight at midnight. We drop the ones who don't meet the bar.
Quoted in writing before you travel. No surge, no meter, no "traffic supplement". If we misjudged the route, that's our cost, not yours.
A 10% deposit of the total price secures the vehicle and is paid by card or PayPal. The balance is paid after drop-off by PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or cash in yuan. A receipt follows by email.
The person who quotes you is the person on WhatsApp when your hotel changes. Replies typically within the hour, 08:00–23:00 CST.
Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup, with the deposit refunded in full. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% (your 10% deposit is credited toward it); no-show is 100%. Flight cancellations with proof are always free, with a full refund.
Straight talk
We're not the cheapest. A shared shuttle, the metro or a train will beat us on price every time, and if that suits your trip, take it.
We're for the arrival where you'd rather not think: three kids, a long-haul flight, no local SIM yet, a connection to catch. You get a car, a name, a number and a price — and you can stop planning.
