How it works

Nothing to find on arrival except your driver

  1. Send your flight number, hotel, date and headcount.
  2. We confirm a fixed price; you pay a 10% deposit to book.
  3. Ahead of time, we send your driver's name, plate and meeting point.
  4. The driver tracks your actual landing time and meets you accordingly, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
  5. Meets you at arrivals with a name board and helps with your bags to the vehicle.
  6. Drives you straight to your hotel or destination — pay the balance after drop-off by PayPal, Alipay/WeChat Pay or cash.

Before you land

Just outside the arrivals exit of your terminal, holding a board with your name. We send a photo of the exact meeting point and the driver's phone number the day before.
We track the flight in real time. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after actual landing — no extra charge, no need to message us unless you want to.
Yes — per vehicle, including tolls, parking and the driver. The only things that add to it are a late-night pickup (22:00–06:00, +$33) or extra stops.
