When you request a quote or book, you give us your name, contact details (WhatsApp or email), flight or hotel information, passenger count and any notes you add. The quote form composes a message in your own messaging app. When online booking is available, we store your trip, contact details and payment status to confirm the booking and arrange your ride. A draft is stored in this browser tab for payment retries and cleared after confirmation. Online payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and PayPal; our email provider delivers booking notifications.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
We share only what a driver needs to find you. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and PayPal; we never see your card number or PayPal password.
Booking records are kept for accounting purposes for the period required by law, then deleted. Ask us at any time to delete your chat history and details.
Some pages use analytics or advertising tools that may set cookies. The online booking page does not load these tools; it temporarily stores your draft in this browser tab. The payment provider may use cookies needed to process your payment. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address under Google's policy.
We also count anonymous visits and clicks on our contact buttons (WhatsApp, email, LINE, KakaoTalk and the quote form) on our own server, together with the campaign that brought you here, to understand which promotions work. We keep a random ID in your browser for up to 30 days; no cookie is used and no name, contact detail or form content is recorded. This also applies to the booking page. Anonymous counts are kept on our server with no fixed end date. Add ?notrack to any page address to stop this in your browser.
